If all ebay listings were this well put together, the world would be a better place.
I swear one day I'll post something thats not a SN95, but today is not that day. The ad we have before us is for a 2001 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra. Now, we've talked about a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! before, but this is what came to the market after Ford went back to the drawing board to revise a few things. For one, the 2001 cobra made a true 320hp right out of the factory. Secondly, the interior was updated with new suede seats and a few other touches. Also, the rear bumper now says "COBRA" on it, instead of just "MUSTANG". The factory 5 spokes were now polished instead of the raw look of the 99's wheels. Overall it was the same as the 99, just refreshed a bit.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
The car in question though, is NOT an ordinary 2001 cobra. On the outside, this car has a 03/04 terminator rear spoiler, and a set of deep dish bullitt wheels. Normally I don't like bullitts on a cobra, but this car wears them rather well.
Under the hood, the engine looks fairly stock, with an aftermarket throttle body and an open element filter being the only exception. However, the ad indicates that the factory 4.6L engine shit the bed, and a new 5.0L took its place. The 5.0 block was built with ported FR500 heads, SHM cams, a forged cobra crank (assuming a 03/04 cobra crank), Manley 3.70 pistons, SHM LT Headers, #42 injectors, and more. The engine is also backed by a Tremec T-56 transmission, replacing the stock T-3650.
As far as the handling goes, the car is said to have a complete Griggs GR-40 suspension with Koni shocks and Full Length Sub-frame connectors.
(Sure looks like Griggs to me!)
As I said before, the wheels are 18" deep dish bullitts which look to be wrapped in Toyo R888's. These tires should have no problem putting down the power, they are one of the better street tires on the market right now.
On the inside, the interior looks to be almost stock, with the exception of a Kenwood DPX-303 double din headunit, and a Hurst shifter handle paired to a Pro 5.0 shifter. The interior looks very clean, which it should be since the car only has 17,000 miles!
This car is on ebay right now for $12,900 with 14 bids. It hasn't hit the reserve yet, but even $15,000 would be a really good price for this car. It only has 18 hours left so who knows if it'll sell.

great package, until you remind me how TERRIBLE that interior was...jesus. And look how rinky dink those front A-arms are? A little steel tube a-arm? For a car of this weight and tire, seems a little poopie
